The Trion search market is unusual because the brand serves two audiences at once.

Employers encounter Trion as an HR outsourcing provider. They may be researching payroll administration, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance or the broader PEO model.

Worksite employees encounter Trion from the other side. They may see the company’s name on a paycheck or W-2, use a Trion HRIS for pay records, contact employee support or receive benefits administered through the PEO relationship.
